RL-24 Slip
The Relevé 24 allows you to benefit from a provincial tax credit and a federal deduction, reducing the actual cost of camp. It is automatically generated by Amilia towards the end of February following the summer in question. You will receive an email notification as soon as it becomes available in your Amilia account, after approval by Revenu Québec.
During registration, you can choose to allocate: ✔️ 100% of the amount to one adult, or ✔️ 50% to two adults. You can modify this allocation at any time online or by contacting us at anthony@campsfutes.com. To do it online:

Advance Payments
Advance payments allow you to receive your childcare expense reimbursement monthly, on the 15th of each month, until the end of the year.
To receive a payment on the 15th of a given month, your request must be submitted to Revenu Québec before the 1st day of the previous month. For example, if you submit your forms on March 15, your first payment will be on May 15, and the last one on December 15.
To qualify for advance payments, certain conditions must be met. One of them is that you estimate being eligible for a childcare tax credit exceeding $1,000 for the current year (see Rates).

You can reserve first and pay later.
The important thing is that each week must be paid no later than Thursday, 11 days before it starts. For example, the week of June 30 to July 4 must be paid by Thursday, June 19 at the latest.

Cancellation Policy
Missed days cannot be transferred, made up, or refunded.
Participants can cancel their stay (by full week) before it starts, via email and/or phone. If a week of camp is canceled:
– More than 7 days before it starts, it is refunded at 100%. – 7 days or less before it starts, a penalty of $25 per child applies. – 3 days or less before it starts, a penalty of $50 per child applies.
