Did you know that childcare expenses are eligible for considerable refunds from the government, both in a daycare and day camp context?
In fact, it is possible to obtain up to 85% credit on childcare expenses through the RL-24 slip or accelerated refunds.

The Tax Credit Calculator for Childcare Expenses invites you to enter your average income and the daily household contribution (rate per week divided by 5 days).
Our system automatically generates your RL-24 in February of the year following the summer in question. If you have previously activated your account by creating a password, you will receive an email notifying you that your RL-24 is available on your Amilia account, once the documents are approved by Revenu Québec. You simply need to provide the document to your accountant or attach it to your tax return to claim your tax credit.
During registration, you can choose to assign 100% of the RL to one adult, or 50% to two adults. You can check and modify the assignment of the RL-24 online or via email (anthony@campsfutes.com). To do it online:
Log in to your Amilia account
In the 'Members' tab, select the child's profile
Scroll down to the 'Forms by organization' section.
Click on the 'Contacts' tab, and you will see the assignment of the Relevé-24 for the selected child.
Any changes made online in January or February regarding the assignment (%) of the RL-24 on your Amilia account will not be automatically applied to the RL-24 forms that are being processed at that time. Therefore, it is important to notify us of these changes by email or phone so that we can manually apply the adjustments.
Rest assured, if we are missing any information for the production of your Relevé-24, we will contact you by email to notify you!
Advance payments allow you to receive your childcare reimbursement in advance, starting on the 15th of the second month following the receipt of the forms by Revenu Québec, spread over the remaining months of the year. For example, someone who submits their forms on March 15th will likely receive the first payment on May 15th, with the last payment on December 15th.
To be eligible for advance payments, certain conditions must be met. One of them is that you estimate you are entitled to more than $1,000 in childcare expense tax credits for the current year (see the calculator above). Consult all the details and eligibility conditions by clicking HERE.

It is possible to choose the ”offline” payment option to conclude, with our Administrative Director, a payment agreement that is different from those proposed on Amilia and still reserve your place. Please note that in order for the “offline” option to appear at the end, you must choose the “one payment” option in the previous selection.

We will then be able to fill the TPZ-1029.8.F.A-V form. Within 48 business hours, we will send you the completed form.
When you receive the TPZ-1029.8.F.A-V form, you will have to fill in box 1: SIN of the person paying the childcare expenses.

Accelerated refunds are made via direct deposit. You may already be registered (the same as with daycare). If not, you can do so by clicking HERE.
It is possible to pay in several installments!
The important thing is that each week must be paid no later than Thursday, 11 days before it starts. For example, the week from July 1st to 5th must be paid by June 20th, and the week from July 8th to 12th must be paid by June 27th.
When you register on the online store, credit card payment options will be offered to you. If one of them suits you, select it directly. Credit card payment options can be modified at any time by writing to anthony@campsfutes.com.
To reserve your weeks without making an immediate payment and set up a personalized payment plan (Interac transfers or credit card), please choose the option "***$ now" (the button will display the current rate before discounts). You will then be able to select the offline payment option at the end of the registration.
After June 10th, it is no longer possible to register with the offline payment option. You must contact us to set up a personalized payment plan.
In the example above:
– Option 1 allows you to choose the offline payment option at the end of the registration.
– Option 2 allows you to make a payment by credit card now ($97.35), a second payment in one month ($98.83), and a third payment in two months ($98.83).
– Option 3 allows you to make a payment by credit card now ($36.88), a second payment in one week ($32.27), and 7 other payments in the following weeks ($32.27 each).
In the example above, the offline payment option appears because no credit card payment option was selected.
Those who chose the "offline payment" option at the end of the registration process will receive an email in the following days notifying them of a 14-day deadline to arrange a payment plan with us in order to keep the reservation.

Missed days cannot be transferred, made up, or refunded.
Participants can cancel their stay (by full week) before it starts, via email and/or phone. If a week of camp is canceled:
– More than 7 days before it starts, it is refunded at 100%.
– 7 days or less before it starts, a penalty of $25 per child applies.
– 3 days or less before it starts, a penalty of $50 per child applies.
