Our animation team will orchestrate a wide range of activities, each more thoughtful and entertaining than the last. For example, your child will have the chance to participate in magical themes and numerous sports and cooperative and/or artistic activities, to have fun in our bouncy castles, to swim and/or enjoy water games, to dress up, to sing and dance, etc.

In short, your child will be free to play, spend their energy, express their creativity and let their imagination blossom in many ways, without stress or discrimination.

Les Camps Futés day camps offer a special experience. As part of our thoughtful entertainment concept, our qualified and dedicated staff supports children in their development. We focus on the importance of having fun in harmony, respect, mutual aid and trust, as well as recognizing and expressing one’s own emotions and opinions, and listening to those of others. We also raise awareness, always in a playful way, of current environmental issues and the importance and ease of taking small actions to take care of our environment. Of course, these are only a few concrete examples of the Futé Concept. For more details, please refer to the previous question and to our Home and Our Concept tabs.

Please note that a large portion of the cost is reimbursed by tax credits for childcare expenses. You can calculate the actual cost of a week of camp by filling out the data in the cost calculator found under the Tax Credits tab.

You can even get an accelerated refund by simply asking us (by email at bonjour@campsfutes.com or by phone at 514-463-3926) to send you the accelerated refunds form. You will then be able to get your tax credits distributed among the remaining months of the year.

Yes, as mentioned above, it is possible to get tax credits, and even accelerated refunds! For more information on this subject, please refer to the Tax Credits tab.

• When a week of camp is purchased, the rate in effect at the time of purchase applies. Promotions are in effect for a limited time only.
• Missed days cannot be transferred, taken back or refunded. If the child does not show up, arrives late or is absent during the week of camp, no refunds will be possible. It will not be possible to compensate with a free extension either.
• Participants may cancel the camp before it begins by emailing bonjour@campsfutes.com or by calling 514-463-3926.
• If the stay is canceled before it begins, the unused portion will be refunded at 100%. However, the registration fee* of $10 per week (per child) is non-refundable.
• Les Camps Futés reserve the right to refuse registrations if families abuse our generous policies.

*The registration fee is associated with opening/updating the file and all the administration surrounding registration. These fees are non-refundable.

When you register online, one of the questions allows you to request a « jumelage », also known as a pairing. For example, if your child would like to be in the same group as one of their friends, simply enter the friend’s name. Note that the children must be the same age and that a request does not automatically certify that the pairing will take place. It is always possible that, due to logistical issues or to requirements of the Association des Camps du Québec (ACQ), the request be denied.

Despite the fact that day camps are recognized as an essential service, no one is immune. In the rare event that the camp has to close due to Covid-19, you will be reimbursed 100% for the period of closure.

That said, since the beginning of the pandemic, camps have always had the green light to operate. If we open registration for a site, it is because we have every intention of opening the camp on that site.
